When die casting, the common working pressure ranges from a few Mpa to tens of megapascals, and the filling speed is 0.5-70m/s; During die casting, the temperature of wear-resistant materials is generally 610-670 ℃, zinc alloy materials are generally 400-450 ℃, and the mold shell temperature is generally one third of the aluminum alloy temperature.
How to properly store and discharge Aluminum Alloy Die casting? Usually, casting factories provide a lot of casting process parts, but a large number of die casting parts cannot be quickly assembled. Therefore, this is related to the storage and discharge of die castings; The following are the issues that manufacturers and prepregs should pay attention to:
1. Die castings must be stored in ventilated and dry conditions;
2. Prevent Aluminum Alloy Die Casting from touching other chemical molecules. After contact with other chemical molecules, it will cause other transformations in Aluminum Alloy Die-Casting;
3. Because aluminum is a reactive metal, it is prone to air oxidation when exposed to a certain temperature. When placing aluminum alloy die castings, it is necessary to prevent direct sunlight from beginning to end;
4. If aluminum alloy die casting can be placed in designated locations to ensure that they are not damaged and are not prone to any other transformation;
Pre impregnation: The aqueous solution of the pre impregnation material is (2-8)% NaCN solution, used to purify the treatment and active surface layer; Immersion die-casting parts can be pre coated immediately without cleaning, which can avoid plating coarsening and bubbling caused by displacement of the product workpiece before the slot is plugged in, and also reduce residual environmental pollution of the pre coating- Plating solution to improve the quality of pre coating.
