How to prevent impurities in aluminum alloy die casting processing

(1) Aluminum Panzhihua steel castings should have no oil stains on the material and be stored in a dry area to prevent heavy refining waste from getting wet due to precipitation, and have a very thick corrosion layer on the surface;
(2) A small piece of waste has a large total area and contains many hydroxides and impurities, making it unsuitable for immediate addition to heavy refining waste;
(3) The iron content in the raw materials of Aluminum Alloy Die casting should be limited, and the Si content should not be close to or exceed the cementite composition. The Mn and Ti content in aluminum alloy profiles should be maintained at an appropriate level. The initial phase of the metal material should also control the ingot in the raw materials, and the amount of crystalline silicon should not be too much;
(4) Reasonably selecting Aluminum Alloy Lampshade tongs and lining raw materials to prevent iron from infiltrating into the aluminum liquid, which reflects the fire safety lining and causes a lot of coal ash;
(5) Attention should be paid to controlling the melting temperature of aluminum liquid. During the melting stage, a slightly higher melting temperature should be maintained, and cold ingots should be avoided after melting;
(6) Refine aluminum liquid according to radon blowing (or argon cylinder), transmission coefficient method (FI) of spray, and high efficiency refining methods such as rotary motor method (RID);
(7) The time period for placing aluminum liquid should not be too long, and the aluminum liquid should not be poured into the clamp bottom pot. The furnace door residue and furnace bottom should be cleaned immediately;
(8) When transferring aluminum liquid, attention should be paid to the successful fluidity of the liquid to prevent splashing, and the number of transfers should be minimized as much as possible.
The actual production and processing verification shows that the above methods have excellent expected effects on eliminating hard spots and various impurities in aluminum clip steel castings. Taking aluminum profile die Die Casting Part as an example, over the past six months, due to the use of the above preventive measures, most of the hard spots and hard raw materials in die cast aluminum parts have been eliminated, and the alloy composition and structure are different. Chinese die cast aluminum parts have been largely replaced. And the process performance is good, ensuring the level of imported parts, greatly reducing the production waste rate and CNC tool consumption.
